My visit to PTE was more than I expected. The shop is clean and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I was getting an honest opinion and the work was explained in a way I could understand, as I'm not a mechanic of any kind. The location of this shop is also a plus. For a shop to be that neat and clean leads me to believe that they will take care of my vehicle, because obviously they take pride in their work.
